今天高二文化之旅由19位教师带领9个班级去探索沙巴风情!

每个班级所前往的地点都是透过学生们在班会讨论,经过班导师及联课活动处评估,取得校长同意后才可成行。因此,同学们所选择的目的地展现了多样化,也因此大家可以互相了解沙巴的不同面貌。

高二同学的选择丰富多样,有选择前往州立图书馆或博物馆,将课本所学的知识与社会结合,但更多则是更喜欢体验文化,选择Batik染色体验、Monsopiad Heritage Village、Bajau文化中心、制作陶瓷,或前往每周一次的坦帕鲁里集市 (Tamparuli Tamu)。

大自然也是每次文化之旅必不可少的元素,师生都趁此机会感受沙巴风下之乡的美丽。有班级选择前往洛高宜野生动物园、鳄鱼农场或是体验骑马;亦有班级选择上山采茶、泡温泉。

学习,本来就是一件充满生命厚度的事,很高兴看到同学们的文化之旅带大家前往沙巴的不同地方,让我们也能一起看见沙巴的美丽❤️

活动 Activities:On-site informal education for local arts and teamwork. Learning to destress before SPM exam too.

地点 Venue:Lok Kawi Wildlife Park

活动 Activities:Jungle journey to explore biodiversity, watching animal shows and learning about the behaviour and natural habitats of animals.

活动:

  • 参观沙巴州立图书馆,获得图书馆管理员的热情接待。从图书馆一楼到五楼进行参观,图书馆的设计精致,充满学术氛围,为大家提供了一个安静思考和学习的场所。
  • 参观科学 MOBILE Exhibition,各项的展览项目玲琅满目,大开眼界,同学们获益匪浅。
  • 特邀课任老师(邬芬芳师、何佩芯师、张丽玲师、王恩爱师、周思勉师)共聚午餐。一顿简单的午餐,蕴涵满满的感激之情,同学们感谢各科老师们在今年的付出和教导。

  • 了解本地民族(卡达山杜顺)的生活方式和文化(米,草药,酿酒Sikat Talak Li Hing等)
  • 体验吹管Monopuk(吹破表示可以结婚),弹射器Lastik游戏,生火游戏
  • 体验走吊桥的喜悦
  • 享受传统音乐和体验传统舞蹈的跳跃

活动 Activities:

  • 坦帕鲁里集市 (Tamparuli Tamu):
    踏入每周一次的坦帕鲁里集市,我们的感官立即被这个生机勃勃的市场所吸引。空气中弥漫着当地美食的诱人香气,绚丽的摊位展示了沙巴丰富的文化传承。在这个热闹的环境中,我们发现了传统手工艺品的重要性,与当地艺术家的交谈使我们更深刻地了解了沙巴多元文化的丰富内涵。
  • 坦帕鲁里大桥 (Tamparuli Bridge):
    这次旅程的一大亮点是穿越标志性的坦帕鲁里大桥,一座跨越托兰河的地标性建筑。当我们走过历史悠久的桥板时,我们对周围风景的惊艳景色留下深刻印象。大桥独特的建筑风格和历史意义为我们的探索增添了一层深度,强调了坦帕鲁里传统与现代交汇的特殊之处。
  • 托兰鳄鱼农场 (Tuaran Crocodile Farm):
    抵达农场,我们置身于鳄鱼与自然的奇妙世界。巨大而古老的鳄鱼在农场的水域中悠然游动,呈现出沙巴独特的野生生态。农场的导游生动地讲解了鳄鱼的生活习性和农场的保育工作,使我们对这些神秘生物有了更深刻的理解。

地点 Venue:Pusat Kebudayaan Rumpun Bajau Sama, Tuaran

活动 Activities:

  • Visiting the gallery of Sabah Bajau Sama Cultural Centre. It shows everything about Bajau Sama culture from handicrafts, musical instruments, decorations, wedding, antique to clothing.
  • Visit Traditional Bajau Houses (Farmer and Fisherman House). We explore the exhibition behind the main building.
  • Cooking Demo: They teach students on how to make “Kuih Panjaram” and “Air Pandan Serai”
  • Horse Riding: We try out horse riding at the center. A staff will accompany us and the horse for a safe stroll around the track.

  • 沙巴茶园 (Sabah Tea)
  • 兰瑙温泉公园 (Poring Hot Spring)

活动 Activities:

  • 沙巴茶园:远离城市的喧嚣,不远千里来到马来西亚极富魅力的沙巴茶园了解沙巴茶的制作过程,参观完毕还有茶园赠送的茶袋纪念品,实在不虚此行。
  • 兰瑙温泉:神山脚下的温泉有着悠久的历史,四人围着一个小水池开着温泉泡脚,把一天的疲惫完全驱散,显得那么的惬意。

活动 Activities: Attending a talk held by Dr.Lim, visiting the the the hatchery and the aquarium in UMS

心得 Afterthoughts:

Efforts to cultivate interest in learning are an important topic in education reform. It is a key to reducing students’ academic burden, improving teaching quality, and comprehensively implementing quality education. Ceramics teaching is undoubtedly an excellent place to stimulate students’ interest in learning.

Ceramic art is a form of creative expression that allows students to transform their thoughts, emotions, and imagination into concrete works of art. Through ceramics, students can uniquely express their personality and aesthetics.

Ceramic items can be functional, such as ceramic bowls, cups, vases, etc. These objects can be used in daily life but also have artistic value. Making your ceramic items adds personalization and uniqueness. Ceramic making involves a variety of skills, including clay shaping, glaze application, and kiln firing.

Learning these skills can expand students’ knowledge and skills and stimulate their creativity. Ceramic making has a long history and tradition in different cultures. By participating in ceramic production, students can understand and inherit these cultural traditions and experience the aesthetics, values, and artistic views of different cultures.

Overall, ceramic making is a creative, relaxing, and social activity that can bring a lot of psychological and emotional satisfaction while also contributing to personal growth and skill development. Whether as a hobby or a career, there is a lot to be gained from it.
