此项长期服务奖在2021年由全国董总发起，每两年举办一届，奖励奖项分为 5年、10年、20年、30年（以此类推），希望能借此肯定许多默默在独中勤恳付出的友族同胞教师。

The long-term service award was initiated by Dong Zong in 2021 and is held biennially. Award categories include 5, 10, 20, 30 years, and beyond. It is hoped that through this, numerous dedicated non-Chinese teachers, who have quietly contributed in Chinese independent secondary schools, can be recognised and appreciated.

本校约有35%教师为非华裔，在董事会开明的建设下，不同宗教信仰或种族不是教育路上的阻碍，而是带着多元文化背景，坚实鼎力相伴的伙伴。也因此，本校在马来文、英文、Sejarah、Pendidikan Moral、Geografi 等非华语媒介语的公共考试中都屡屡取得平均及格率90%以上的佳绩。恭喜各位老师，也谢谢老师们的辛勤付出！

Approximately 35% of our school’s teachers are non-Chinese. Under the enlightened leadership of the School Board, diverse religious beliefs and ethnic backgrounds are not obstacles but embraced as partners with robust support, contributing to a multicultural environment. As a result, our school consistently achieves excellent results, with pass rates exceeding 90% in public examinations for Malay, English, Sejarah, Pendidikan Moral, Geography, and other non-Chinese language mediums.
