🎉 Congratulations Team HijauTech! 🎉
We are proud to announce that our school’s team HijauTech has achieved a remarkable Top 4 position in the National Level Smart School IoT–AI Hackathon 2025!
This prestigious national competition is organised by Digital Internet Association Malaysia (IaM), supported by Katagrafy.AI and the Ministry of Education Malaysia, with the theme focusing on Smart City, Smart Tourism, Smart Agriculture, and Smart Healthcare.
All participating teams were provided with an official IoT Kit and required to attend three online training workshops in preparation for the competition. The journey began in early September 2025, during the Top 50 Stage, where teams needed to submit:

From there, HijauTech successfully advanced through all stages of the competition:

The Top 20 live pitching session took place online on 15 November 2025, where each team presented their prototype to a panel of judges. The Prize Giving & Closing Ceremony was held on 16 November 2025, where HijauTech was officially announced as one of the Top 4 Teams.
🌿 Project Highlight – Smart Agriculture Innovation
Team HijauTech developed an innovative AI-assisted smart system for durian plantations, aiming to support farmers with real-time monitoring, intelligent insights, and improved plantation management through IoT sensors and AI analysis. Their solution showcased creativity, problem-solving, and strong alignment with the Smart Agriculture theme.

The team was guided by their mentor, Teacher Eric Tan, and received full support from the school’s MakerLab, which played a key role in their prototype development and preparation.

2025年11月15日举行的20强在线简报会上，各队向评审团展示作品原型。在次日举办的颁奖闭幕典礼中，HijauTech正式获颁全国四强荣誉！
🌿 项目亮点——智慧农业创新方案
团队专为榴莲种植园开发了一套 AI辅助智能系统，通过物联网传感器与人工智能分析，为农友提供实时监测、智能决策与精准管理支持。该方案充分体现了创新思维、问题解决能力与智慧农业主题的深度融合。
