On last Saturday, 22nd February, our school interactors joined a Board of Directors (BOD) training organized by the Rotary Club of Kota Kinabalu, which was held at Sabah Credit Corporation from 8 AM to 12 PM.

The BOD training was designed to teach current leaders and committee members of the Interact Club the skills needed to lead their club effectively. The participants gained a clear understanding of their responsibilities, such as planning community service projects to help the less fortunate, managing club meetings, and inspiring and motivating their members.

This training covered essential skills such as event planning, building strong communication with other club members, learning public speaking skills, and serving and caring for the community through voluntary community service. The participants were equipped with the skills to create a successful and impactful year for their Interact Club.

2月22日（星期六），本校的扶少社成员参加了由亚庇文华扶轮社组织的董事会（BOD）培训，该培训于上午8点至中午12点在沙巴信贷机构举行。

此次BOD培训旨在培训扶少社现任团长及委员有效领导扶少社所需的技能。参与者们清晰地了解了自己的职责，例如规划社区服务项目以帮助贫困人群、组织扶少社会议，以及激励和鼓舞他们的成员。

培训涵盖了多项关键技能，如活动策划、与其他扶少社成员建立强有力的沟通、学习公开演讲技巧，以及通过志愿社区服务来服务和关怀社区。相信各位成员接下来能为扶少社创造一个成功且有影响力的一年！
